Kathy is the owner and founder of Advantage Home Health Care, Inc. and Advantage Skilled Care, L.L.C.  She has been with the agency since it’s creation in 1995.

Laura started with Advantage in 2007.  She oversees the day-to-day operations of Advantage Home Health Care, Inc. and Advantage Skilled Care. L.L.C.
